Verna Popo
Managing Attorney
Verna Popo is the founder and managing attorney at the Law Office of Verna Popo, P.A. Her practice involves representation of clients before federal, state and local administrative agencies on matters involving Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Real Estate Transactions, Bankruptcy, and Social Security Disability.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Popo worked as an Attorney-Adviser for the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) in Miami. As an attorney for ODAR, Ms. Popo dealt with a wide variety of social security disability issues and worked closely with the Administrative Law Judges responsible for hearing appeals from application denials. She is also an experienced litigator who has experience in all aspects of litigation from depositions and discovery to law and motion practice to settlement negotiations, mediations, and trials.
